Synod

The District Synod was held on Saturday 7th May and, as usual, Rev Leslie Newton, the Chairman of the District, gave a sterling talk which can be viewed here. He spoke about the future of the Methodist Church — "We haven't got a map, but we've got a compass; and that compass is Christ with us".
